I would like to apply to a grad in ER this year and I wanted to get as much info as possible to effectively prepare for it. Can anyone who has already gone thorugh the process share his/her experience? (When does it start? How are the position's called? How many rounds do you have to undergo and what happens during each round? Finally, is there a list with the banks that open this kind of position?) (Europe Grads)
