It is a great course. I have been studying over the last months all the courses, including DCF modeling, M&A modeling and others.

The theory explanation is straight to the point and clear. I could understand all the concepts to build a complex financial modeling.

Currently I'm working at a M&A company in Brazil, and what I've learnt in this course is very useful for my daily tasks.

Exactly what I needed to get started

I signed up for interview training / mentor service (not a resume or cover letter review). What I liked best about the service is that i) you have a very strong Mentor team ii) it's affordable - I can keep using it over many months even if I do not have an interview invitation right away, iii) everything gets organized quickly.

This site has been incredibly helpful throughout my career over the last 6 years. I started my career in a completely different industry and while considering making the move to CRE, needed resources to help me learn the industry, including the various sectors and career paths that may be available. This site has without a doubt been my #1 resource outside of my own network. I read the forums this site provides daily during that time and still do to this day. I highly recommend it to anyone who is considering a career in finance or is currently in the industry and wants to stay on top of things.
