(Help Needed) I have no idea what to do with my career

I recently graduated from Babson College and am trying to figure out what to do with my career. I'll drop resume highlights below but the gist is this: I have a BSBA with a concentration in strategy & consulting and a below-average cumulative GPA. Obviously, I'm a non-target for MBB recruiters which my GPA precludes me from anyway (learned that pretty early into last year's recruiting cycle). Specializing in consulting gave me great management and consulting-specific skills but very little hard skills other than basic finance and accounting (yeah I can do DCFs and use the software well but im not passing the CFA anytime soon)

In December, I turned down an offer to work at MMC (Marsh) in an account operations role and I'm regretting it quite a bit.

Am I screwed? What jobs should I even be looking at? I desperately want to stay out of sales but they seem the only ones interested in me.

Also, everyone's been telling me to go to grad school but is it even worth applying with my lack of work experience and poor GPA?

Resume Highlights:

M&A Strategy & Research intern at a local seller side M&A firm in Texas. Did a lot of due-diligence work and a ton of research and lead development

Assistant Project Manager at a Texas based RE dev company (Custom Residential) - worked with realtors, contractors, and buyers to help sell a lakefront property.

Visiting Lecturer @ a small college in boston - taught summer classes in B2B negotiations

Other:

National Collegiate Negotiations Champion (2024)

Year Studying abroad in Switzerland

Consulting field experience for several multinational firms in the US & EU

Genuinely need help, I'm at a crossroads and I don't want to screw myself by making the wrong decision here. Any advice helps.
