Beard in S&T (relaxed environment)?

Hey guys I know this question has been beat to death before but I’m wondering if sentiment has changed recently.

Last year I interned in S&T, and I’m about to start FT in a few days. I noticed the environment was fairly lax on the trading floor, many people wearing polos, sneakers, and had some form of facial hair (one MD has visible tattoos but I guess MDs are exceptions not rules). Im an asian male with a connection beard, similar to this picture, but I keep it less scraggly and much closer lined (esp around the neck and mustache). For what it’s worth, I also have a top knot so that I can have a fade on the sides, but that’s 99.9999% being cut before I start work. Last summer when I shaved, to put simply I looked like a pdf and became a hell of a lot less attractive lol.

Would having an upkept, lined, connecting beard be acceptable today in S&T? I have to rotate as an analyst so i don’t want to put anyone off, but i also don’t want to look like a creep when i shave either lol. Thanks!

Half of people between the ages of 20 and 40 rock that look these days. Keep it clean and it will absolutely not be an issue.
