Culture at PWP Industrials?

Looking to potentially lateral for A&A and I’m looking at different industrials / natural resources groups across the street but I haven’t seen much here. How is the culture like? Both for NYC and Chicago.

Based on the most helpful WSO content, the culture at PWP Industrials is generally good with decent hours. The group does quite a bit of in-house strategy work for a number of very large retainer clients. The deal flow is good and the exits are solid, although they are below HC/RX.

For the NY office, Industrials is below C&R and HC in terms of deal flow, but it's still a strong group. However, the Industrials groups in London, Chicago, and LA are all very strong.

As for the culture in the Chicago office, there isn't specific information available in the WSO threads. However, given the overall positive culture at PWP, it's likely that the Chicago office also has a good culture.

Remember, culture can vary from office to office and team to team, so it's always a good idea to try and connect with current employees to get a more accurate picture.

Chicago was a very cold and quiet office. Not really a culture shop. Great deals and flow.
