Trading Stategies

Every active investment manager believes he can beat the market. However, only few do this consistently for the long term.

Thinking of any strategy, asset class and holding period. What investment strategy would you feel most confident managing millions/billions of others peoples money?

Champ, reading the Buffett books and quoting Munger on your Twitter ain't going to pay the bills. Hate to break it to you but you're not differentiated nor contrarian. It's like the dude that buys an iPhone to be cool.. everyone's already there and you're in fact part of the herd.

Distressed debt, especially with a wide mandate-ability to put on capital structure arbitrage plays and unique solutions to special sits. I feel that distressed as a whole has the best potential for outperforming the market because there are so ways to structure your investment based on your view. Also has a greater potential to get a misunderstood asset at a significant discount when compared to a lot of other strategies.
