WallStreetOasis is hands down the best resource for candid, thoughtful, real time read on finance recruiting, interviewing and hiring. I’m a career banker (now MD) and found the transparency refreshing.

Two very valuable offerings have been comp transparency and culture reads. Large organizations/management chains etc can become detached from the market. WSO always gave me the confidence when pushing for a promotion, comp increase or moving banks.

Very useful course to get an understanding of what an M&A is and how to approach the modeling part of it. Highly recommended for anyone interested in the topic.

I really liked the Wall Street Oasis company databases, as they really helped me in interviews. I think the interface could be easier to use. For example, searching company questions, and the forum as well, as it is sometimes hard to find things.

The best place to find actual information about Wall Street jobs. I've used the service for years and it landed me a real job in IB and PE. The guides are amazing and super accurate- couldn't speak highly enough of the platform.

A must take for IB or career in finance, 10/10 would recommend!

Patrick and the entire team have been indispensable to my career growth through time and I've found myself revisiting time and time again for new insights from the community and forum. I've been going to WSO since I was a college student just learning about IB and the industry. It was one of the few places that matched incredibly smart people with the banter you'd find at Barstool. Some of the guys were absolute riots. It also helped bring about a real camaraderie amongst the various folks who were grinding during the difficult analyst years knowing that there were others trekking through with you and others still who have done it and flourished in the years that came after. The WSO technical guide was crucial to my securing SA offers during junior year, and I often find myself revisiting some of the old posts I used to check out when I was in college. I love the new financial modeling guide. Back in the day, Patrick had a partnership w/ WSP, which is excellent and many of the firms on the street use this as the training material for the incoming analysts. I was so happy to hear that Patrick was putting out a WSO centric financial modeling guide with actual professionals from the forum. There's no shortage of the opportunities for many of the students and young professionals to leverage the knowledge of some of the industry's best.

Goes without saying, but Patrick did an extraordinary pay forward and helped connect many awesome people around the industry, and really helped take the cover off the perception of breaking into IB into a science. I'm proud to be a WSO community member and hope to be one for years to come. Cheers!

I love the language of the course it’s so easy and comprehendible.
And the durations of the videos are not long which makes keep going

I used to use WSO regularly while in school (class of 2020). It was a tremendous help simply in gaining standard industry knowledge that no one else really teaches you. 10/10 would recommend to anyone interested in finance

WSO is a great resource for students and young professionals who are looking to get into finance to learn the ins and outs. It was a great resource for me before I applied to business school and I continue to both contribute to and learn from the site many years later.
