MSF program Choice and deferred MBA pre

Hi all,

I am an international student from China who graduated from ASU and majored in supply chain management. I got my Master of SCM from NUS and NTU in 2021 but I delayed my enrolment and throughout 21 so far I got into finance and completed two internships, they were both PEs, one of which was a USD fund, so I decided to decline the SCM Master offer and started applying for a Master of Finance.

My GPA is 3.78 and then my GMAT is 760; I applied to LBS MFA, INSEAD MIM, Oxford MFE, USC MSF and Cornell MPS accounting, and ESSEC MIF and NUS MSF and HKUST MSF. However, except for ESSEC, NUS and HKUST, all other schools rejected me. I think it may be because the undergraduate school is not good enough or there is something wrong with the essay. LBS may prefer fancy internship offer holders, as does INSEAD.

So my question now is, if I want to get into IBD or PEVC in the future, which school is better for me? Since ESSEC has a Singapore campus, probably not knowing French is not a problem. Also, I would like to apply for a deferred MBA at master's level, which school would be better to help me get into M7?

Or should I now apply for Georgetown's MSF or UVA's commerce or the Columbia ERM in the spring?

Thank you all for your replies!
