Starwood Capital - my chances??

I have 3 years of industrial real estate brokerage experience from a top 5 firm and a 4.0 gpa MSRE from a highly regarded school in Texas. I can build acquisition / development models from scratch in excel and have an Argus certificate. Also have leadership experience in the graduate real estate club. Thoughts on my chances of getting offers from top REPE firms? Think Starwood, Brookfield, ares, tpg….

I think for the most part the firms you mentioned are hiring investment bankers with an ivy league education. So might be tough but I imagine there is at least a small chance if you can network your way in.
