JLL/Colliers will be doing property level transactions 99% of the time and investment banks will be doing entity/corporate level transactions most of the time.
Can you explain further on that point on corporate level transactions versus property transactions within a global real estate group? Could you give me a few examples on deals that I wouldn’t see at these places?
