Hiring a few juniors for IBD/PE/HF roles - since its so obvious who is in the wrong/right in this situation, would you consider a red flag if someone is not speaking out or just completely silent in their social media presence? Or is it not an auto ding as long as they have top grades and exp
I think it is probably most normal to not be posting about it on social media. Posting about either side would be more of a red flag than being silent…
