Possible Green Cards for Internationals?
Hi, as the title shows, I saw Trump speaking on a podcast that he plans to make a policy that allows college graduates to obtain green cards after graduation automatically. I was wondering if this would impact any sponsorship policies for the banks this upcoming SA cycle.
He said the same in 2016 and came back with a tougher stance...they might increase OPT time but doubt Green card is gona get easier to get...the universe of potential people who'd be eligible would vastly increase under said proposal.
He’s not president yet and this policy isn’t official. Don’t read too much into it until this policy is actually implemented. Rn he’s just trying to win silicon valleys votes and fundraising which is highly sympathetic towards internationals needing visa sponsorship
