job options/considerations

Hey,
My situation is as follows. I'm 23, graduating for a non-target in BA & Economics in December. I've been working at back office of a gas-trading company in Austria for 2 years (+ few months of prior work experience at a bank) and I'm doing the CFA Level 1 in December. Starting January 2018, I'd like move to a better job and probably switch the location as well. What are my best job-possibilities? If I stay in commodities then scheduling would be the perfect next step and then hopefully move on to trading. Of course I will be applying for major banks and finance jobs by the end of the year but is there anything specific you would recommend? Cheers!
