debating europe work location

Hi all

I would like to find the optimal path to my goals in terms of selecting country and positions.

I will be graduating msc finance in switzerland soon, semi target

I have to decide if I should try to work in switzerland or go back to my poor eastern country for some experience.

profile:
-I only have experience in risk management at a bb ib and a swiss bank in zurich, also risk.
- german about b1-b2
-cfa level 1

goal:
I would not like to work in risk tbh, my goal is a typical front office role in zurich/dubai/ maybe london

I feel that given my lack of fluent german, it could be beneficial to look for a job in my own country, I am confident I could pick what i like back home, eg. big4 financial advisory or some investment role at blackrock.
In switzerland i am not so confident i can get anything better than a risk analyst or some semi front finance gig, and that could damage my path long term.

I also have to factor in that my salary in zurich would be about 3-4x compared to my home country.
