If I wanted to work on the West Coast, Berkeley. East Coast = Columbia
Based off the comments I've seen on WSO, I feel like the general consensus is that you don't want to ever shorten your time in undergrad, since it not only cuts off a year of "fun", but it also cuts off a summer that you could use to strengthen your resume with an internship or something.
