JPM Finance Associate Leadership Program

I am a 1st year MBA at top b-school in the EU. New to the on banking campus recruiting process as I worked at a F100 Biotech in FP&A. I have an opportunity to interview for JPM's Finance Associate Leadership Program. From what I understand it's a backoffice corporate finance role. Does anyone have info on this program? It seems like back office corporate finance people are treated as "second class citizens" since they aren't revenue drivers but more of a cost center so I wanted to get some feedback on what people thought. One of the reasons I went to B-school was to get out of the backoffice role but I'm thinking this maybe be a stepping stone? Mobility...? Is JPM known for mobility from back office to front office?

Also, what is the interview like as I'm assuming it's a totally different ball game from their ibd interviews. Any info would be appreciated!
