This is based on the desirability of each bank (I guess a combination of prestige, deal flow, learning, and exit opportunities) in Europe (London and Paris offices). Curious to hear your thoughts/changes and additions!

The main reason is because American banks pay more. Exits between American banks and EU ones don't meaningfully differ in Europe

This would be different in Paris, where you could include Laz on the 2nd tier

Seems to be heavily influenced from the U.S. 'rankings'. I will never understand the obsession with Evercore in London (aside from the pay).

Evercore is best EB in London above Laz and Rth. PJT>Evercore>Laz>PWP>Moelis>RTH

Houlihan Lokey ROFL...shop exists for RX only in EU. After that consumer is "strong" which is mostly small/mid cap private F&B sellsides... shouldn't be on the list
