Incoming intern at Barclays. Always had an interest in banks and the way they operate. Did my sophomore summer shadowing a guy at DB in FIG, and was curious to hear if anyone had insights about Barclays FIG in terms of (culture, work flows, and exits). Also if anyone has any insight into their DCM teams that would be very help. Thank you!
