How do CEOs come from non targets
I was recently scrolling on the web and looking at CEOs of major companies, and I was shocked to find that many of them didn’t go to good UG schools. Many of their schools were honestly straight awful (over a 70 percent acceptance rate). Why would companies promote such people to lead them, wouldn’t they want a more competent person as CEO?
