The percentile score in the title is calculated across the entire Company Database and uses an adjusted score based on Bayesian Estimates (to account for companies that have few interview insights). Simply put, as a company gets more reviews, the confidence of a "true score" increases so it is pulled closer to its simple average and away from the average of the entire dataset.

Interview
I applied on indeed while searching for management consulting boutique firms in NYC. Received an email a few weeks laters telling me they wanted to give me a call and have a phone interview. I had a phone interview with one of their consultants, where I was asked basic questions like "walk me through your resume", ect. I received an email a few days later about coming in for an in person interview where I was interviewed by a consultant and a partner about my previous job experiences, what I did at other internships, case competitions, ect. I was then given an unstructured word document and was told to make a powerpoint slide with all of the information to show my presentational skills.
Interview Questions
I wouldn't say that there were any particularly difficult questions. When I first went into the interview they mentioned that there would be some sort of "test" at the end of the interview. I thought it would be a management consulting case, but instead it was just taking a lot of text and being able to organize it. A lot of the "test" was being able to summarize the material and using graphics to organize the material.

Perhaps the most technical question was asking about basic financial statement concepts (think cash flows, revenues, ect)
