I applied online and heard back the next day. This happened in late October, but we set an interview date for mid December for some reason. The first round is all technical, basic math and probability questions. The second round is a take home test that you send back in 24 hours. They were very flexible in this and I could choose any time to take it. The third round included extension questions on the test that you took. I got all the questions they asked me right except for the last one. The guy lost patience and said that I could figure it out on my own and email him the answer within the next half hour. Im pretty sure my answer was still wrong and I got dinged this round. However, I have heard that after this round, there is a 4th round that consists of fit questions and a 5th round that is on site.
