Junior Trader

I was contacted by this firm through LinkedIn because I have some of the skills that they look for. I've been doing investment banking, and the first interview was to sell me on prop trading, which they did a very good job doing. They explained who they are looking for, the profit % you get as a trader (very generous), and asked me to think about it and get back to them if I was interested. I got back to them and have a few more interviews left. I was told that the first interview is a test of math/finance, as well as some brain teasers. The next interview is a take home test on options/derivatives (get the Hull book!), and then if you pass that, they fly you out to Chicago to interview for all day with the partners and traders at the firm.
