From the perspective of doing 2 years in banking and prioritizing exit quality:
- Top M&A/RX (PJT/CVP/EVR) for reps
- TMT (GS/MS/Q) for interesting deals
- FSG (MS/JPM) for culture
Would be different if you want to be a career banker but cannot comment on that

I've heard EVR/JEFF/LAZ/UBS dont model but not 100% sure.
HL FSG is more relationship management, not really IBD tbh
