Trammell Crow Residential is a descendant of the venerable Trammell Crow family of companies. They focus solely on multifamily development. Since the break up and acquisition of the Trammell Crow empire, TCR has remained independent, with controlling interests held by Crow Family Holdings. They have been regarded as the premier multifamily developer in the country. Through a series of transitions after the financial crisis, they are in a rebuilding phase as of 2012, with the CEO forging M&A deals with developers across the country, and existing offices looking to hire new associates.
