The firm initiates startups, builds products and invest in companies. We acquire, develop, and license technologies that are in the “prototype stage” or based on existing patents. We enhance existing products which require expansion capital to commercialize; fund emerging science and high-technology research projects that require help in patenting and develop robust products and scalable marketing concepts including ideas from the very early stages of what represents “disruptive technologies.”
