I received the interview offer from attending a college fair that my school was hosting. I hit it off with the recruiter and scheduled the interview shortly after. The interview mostly consisted of behavioral questions. I had 2 interviews back to back each consisting of only 30 minutes.
Interview Questions
What are your views on Austrian and Keynesian economics? I was caught off guard and told the interviewer that I did not know the difference. He said that it was no big deal and switched the topic to only behavioral questions.
Why IT Audit? I said because I have a family that's involved with IT and that I want to gain some insight into the technology industry.

I called an employee I knew working there and asked if any opportunities would be available. She said to come in and interview with the department which I did. Interview
Met the company through OCR and did an on-campus interview. I received an invite for an pre-office visit social and office visit. At the office visit I was interviewed again by a partner and offered a job when I got home from the visit. Overall culture was nice and welcoming, with everyone I met being very personable. Best advice I can give is to be personable, but professional with interviewers and try to talk with as many people as possible whilst leaving good impressions.
Interview Questions
Name a time you had a difficult person to work with and how you handled the situation.
Give an example of a time you worked with a team to achieve a goal and what was the end result?
Majority of the questions follow the preceding two. Very behaviorial based questions, but during the last round of recruiting they switched to more conversational based questions that opened up for dialogue between interviewer and interviewee.

They held an on-campus pre-night dinner. Next day consisted of two back-to-back 1-on-1 interviews each with different people. Both were 15-30 mins each.
Interview Questions
The reason I selected "Negative" for the overall experience is because one of the interviewers literally read off a list of questions with canned interviewing questions. Not very conversational at all.
Any canned/generic interview question you can think of ... a handful of "tell me about a time" questions, a handful of how would you handle this situation questions, etc.

Why consulting? it looks like you have been on a banking track. Why not just focus on banking?
Why did you choose X University?

Process was through my schools careerlink, received an on-campus interview. Day after interview, offered a full time position over the phone, received email few days later.
Interview Questions
Very laid back interview, two 1-1 30 minute interviews. Starting with overview of my resume, then some basic behavioral interview questions, very standard. After all this, still had 10 minutes left, the interviewer just wanted to get a feel of me personally so had a laid back personal conversation.
Nothing very difficult about the interview at all, like to see outside of class involvement and leadership skills.
