Audit staff 2 to BB risk and control division

Hi guys

I am currently working at big 4 as a staff 2 and I have received an offer from a BB bank  (private bank division) to work in their risk and control team (1st line of defence). My ultimate goal is to work in wealth management in private banking in a more FO role. I do not want to specialize in audit and internal controls at all. Should I take the job offer or stay at big 4 until I find a more suitable job offer?  

I am also expecting a second job offer which I would like more (credit analysis for UHNWI) but it’s a fixed term contract of one year.
