Is SCGC a Reputable VC / Growth Headhunter?
Currently an A1 in Tech IB and interested in VC / growth roles post program. Received an outreach from SCGC, which pitched themselves as purely focused on this space. Have not heard of them and can't find any info on them so wanted to survey the community here to see if they are reputable and ok to work with
Pretty bush league (I don't like them, especially their junior talent) but I'd take the call anyway
what VC / growth HHs do you like
True Search are rock stars, like CPI level rock stars for growth and venture. Not only good roles but the people are nice, consultative. The only knock is that if they have roles you're not in spec for they won't tell you about them but I think that's probably true of others, just kind of annoying if you call them and beat around the bush about a role you know they have but they don't offer it up.
