I'm thinking of investing and I need your help.
Hi, I'm a Wharton student looking to invest in a company. I have 37 million in capital (thanks dad) and I am thinking of investing in a startup blender company that specializes in slmilk, a slushy milk that can be easily made through this blender by adding ice. This seems like an opportunity with virtually endless upside potential. Do you think offering the 37 million would get me at least a 1/200 stake in the company? How can I properly negotiate this?
