Rumor has it that Shell Oil is either buying ESS Tech Inc or is making a large stock purchase. Has anyone else heard this?
Related to that topic, will Shell Oil buy outright, buy a minority/majority interest, or do a stock swap to obtain ESS Tech Inc?
