I and very fortunate enough to have the two offers mentioned. Which one would you recommend I choose? I am a Math major with strong programming skills (Python incl. ML) and want to end up at a hedge fund or prop shop (which neither have opened applications yet, however I have these two offers early). I am impartial to Gas or another desk and at JPM I will be able to interview for my chosen desk at the beginning of 2025.

I would go with macquarie. Very strong in commodities trading relative to the other banks.
but what about how jpm is very strong in all asset classes and gives me more time until february to figure out the best desk. also jpm is a bigger name than macquarie
