I work at Starwood AM - weekends are protected for my team. The only times we work weekends are end of quarters or one-off fire drills.
how do you even work this much in AM unless you’re bad at your job lmao
had an analyst friend who worked at BX. in office every day 8/9am until 10pm in a full suit. WFH until 1/2am. he said no weekend work. this was like early 2022 though, not sure what it is like now.
