Vista Private Equity Summer Analyst 2022

I’m applying for the Vista 2022 Summer Analyst position from a non-target.

I saw that last year people were talking about a timeline for rejection letters, 1st call, 2nd call, etc. with the 1st deadline in July.

Is it the same this year? I just finished applying and taking the CCAT/personality test and am wondering ballpark of when I’ll hear back.

Just from experience, the CCAT exam is total bs. Have a few colleagues who pretty much aced the assessments (top iq / very personal) and didn't advance (this is for associate, not SA). Don't feel like this exam measures your self-worth, those colleagues ended up at incredibly good shops anyway (often times, larger funds than Vista tbh). Good luck!

Would you be willing to share any insights on the second round of interviews you had and what the structure was like?

Hey saw that you also had a Moelis LA offer, which one do you think you're going to take? Congrats on the two offers, that's awesome!
