Career Resources
Bump. Above post just blew my mind and now I am worried.
Contributions go from $100 to $110.
Distributions go from $0 to $20.
NAV / RV in theory would go down $10 (why would it stay flat?), from $150 to $140.
DPI = 0.18x
RVPI = 1.27x
TVPI = 1.45x
So you're saying these ratios are based on gross and not net cashflows? So an LP can technically have a 1x DPI without actually receiving their money back? There would be a delta then between your actual MoIC vs. What the fund is reporting.
