FAPI - strong team with top quartile track record on their latest 2 funds, do 80% of software and rest is healthcare / business services. Pay is below market but you get carry at IM (senior associate) level. Unsure about culture etc but they have been trying to hire an Associate for over a year with no luck

FALT - new team with a mandate for longer term investments, believe they invest in similar industries as FAPI. Don’t know them more than that

Was at Roth and by default some opportunities need to be screened by them if potentially fit their mandate. They're good guys and WLB seemed good from my understanding. I would have loved to get there but there seem to be a preference to avoid moves within Roth and 5 arrows. It's probably less traditional in the way they source but sounds a fun gig
