Is On-Cycle still going? WTF is going on?
I jumped into two processes during on-cycle on Monday and Tuesday and didn’t get an offer. Since then, I haven’t taken any more interviews and haven’t had any more outreach from headhunters. I’ve had a few reach out to check on my status and I just said I’m still open to new opportunities. Are firms still interviewing, or are things quiet until off-cycle? It also seems like there could be some firms moving in July/August? Any thoughts or perspective would be appreciated.
