How to discuss RX deals for Buy-out interviews
Just curious how you would discuss restructuring mandates in a buy-out interview if your asked about it. Obviously pretty straight forward M&A, but how do you frame RX deals like a buy-out investor? Do you focus on the merits of the go-forward business from the perspective of an equity investment candidate, or talk about its merits as more of a credit/Special Situations investment, (ie: investing in the DIP)?
