Which fields do top graduates in Eastern Europe go into?

Hi all,

I'm making a few hires in Eastern Europe (Ukraine, Serbia, Armenia, Romania) for a head of marketing role at my startup and looking for someone very process oriented.

Been hiring VAs in Thailand but want to make a huge upgrade to find the GS/MBB/JPM of Eastern Europe (wherever their HYP grads go).

Does anyone know which firms they typically go? Was looking into Big 4 but seems like they attract a lot of slackers there given the workload is much lower (they get paid literally $300/month).
