Which Offer to Choose?

I have 2 offers to choose from and cannot decide on which one to choose in London:

  1. Risk Summer Internship at Santander (10-Week Internship and Highly Convertible 90%-100%)

  1. AXA Investment Managers Real Estate Fund Finance Placement (12-month Industrial Placement and No Conversion)

Both roles interest me and I struggle with which one to choose. I Would appreciate any insights.

Thank you for your reply, would you still recommend AXA Investment Managers if it is still not a Front Office role? the job mainly is looking after its current real estate funds, analysing the data, supplying that information to benchmarking suppliers, and also working with Portfolio managers, Property valuers, and Auditors, but has a lot of exposure to different teams.

Tbh I don't think that the other role is front office either. At least in RE AXA IM has a good European reputation, while I've never heard much from Santander (I guess they're super active in Spain?)

Thank you for your reply, I am interested in both Risk and Real Estate, but eventually want the graduate job also on the other hand do not want to lose out on the Real Estate Placement at AXA Investment Managers.

AXA placements have like a ~50% conversion rate, are you sure it’s 0?
