Need help negotiating offer please

Lateral analyst here, just received an offer. Please help me understand a few points here.

Im moving at the same analyst level, how do I get it in writing that I will be up for promotion next cycle and won’t stay at my current level an additional year? Would they provide this in writing?

They’re giving me sign on, would this impact my stub bonus at payout time? Do I ask? Would I even get any $ come bonus time? Don’t want to sound presumptuous

No mention of relocation assistance, do I ask?
