Only those who will be involved in the interview process you are associated with will see the resume. And even then, most won't review all of them, but just a subset. It is more likely that a junior alum (1st/2nd year analyst) will review all of the resumes. If you get an interview, everyone who comes down to interview will most likely have read the resume in question.

If you are saying you may have lied on your resume and someone may know the truth, you screwed up.

I am thinking about not listing a work experience. I'm applying to a BB that I interned with my sophoore year but didnt get an offer to come back junior summer in (I'm not applying to the same division or the same region though) so am just wondering who will see my resume and catch that I didn't list the internship
