Advice needed on lateral move from CEE to Middle East (early career, M&A)

Fellow monkeys,
I come to you for advice.

I have decent background in finance (good MSc. from a reputable, but not superbrand business school in continental EU and combined ~ 5 years generalist experience in Investment Banking - jack of all trades master of none, so to speak.

I am looking to move to a SWF / family office / specialized fund focusing on either global VC, or EU-oriented Real estate & Infra deals out of the Middle East - indifferent between Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Doha, or Riyadh.

I know the region fairly well, so not exactly out of networking options, but not particularly at home either.

Will appreciate any tips, pointers, or experiences in that could help me out in making the move.
Thank you
