Double standard for females?
For those of you who are already bankers, especially in the BB: I know there aren't very many girls in banking. So do associates or MDs expect less of the females that have made it? From my experience, females' performances tend to suffer more than males' performances in times of great sleep deprivation/exhaustion; I am surprised that some places claim to have a 25% females.
I would say that is absolutely not true at all- good analysts are good analysts regardless of gender, and senior bankers recognize this. A female analyst is not measured against a different bar, and expectations are the same for everyone.
