Choose a growing / lean EB group or established MM?

Hello all - Currently choosing between two offers and I'm hesitant to make a decision. For reference, this is a pretty niche area of banking:

Offer 1: This is a relatively new group at an EB, with little deal flow thus far, but management seems keen on growing their presence in the area. MDs and Partners come from strong backgrounds.

Offer 2: Established MM bank overall, and also an established player in the space. High deal flow and a more robust / larger team.

Which one would you choose / why?
