1) Chats don't matter, meritocratic process

2) It just opened, chill.

UK opened March 1st, talked to a recruiter and they said the entire timeline for recruiting should be finished within 4 - 6 weeks from applying

I believe in past years there were instances where some candidates had 1 coach interview and some instances where candidates had multiple. This year, they said on the info session zoom that some locations will also have a final superday after coach round

Yeah - if you get a call from NY after your interview make sure to pick up lol. Thought it was spam and almost didn't

Can still apply. Will probably just be harder because they’ll be more picky with who they take now, not because you’ll need to be really good but rather because you’ll need to fit the profiles they want for the remaining seats.

is there any point in still applying or are they done building the class out?

They are always picky, the past two years applications haven't closed until the summer. They do a rolling application with the goal of not missing anybody.

got my offer in august for the upcoming summer, it's never too late

Not sure about Chi, but ldn (also pm round after first coach) had another pm round for a total of 3 interviews including hr screen. Why? Are they doing another interview with you?

Haven't yet, anyone else have this cycle? Pretty sure they send out rejection emails if you don't advance. My friend got it about a week after submitting

usually they tell you on the call if you got it. Just a basic screening nothing too hard

Does anyone know how long it takes to hear back after the coach round? Also, do they tell you / allude to the fact that you made it to the next round? like in the HR round, they basically told me I got the next round.

Does anyone know what to expect for third round coach? This is specifically the second coach interview - I already did HR and the first coach round. Also anyone know how many rounds for London there are? Thanks!

NY location will include a coach round after case and HR round - pretty sure you either get an offer or get rejected after that. Other locations might have further rounds with coaches / PMs as the class sizes are MUCH smaller.

Hi everyone, I have the Academy Coach interview in one week. Any tips about it? Is it about the case or do they ask you also a stock pitch?

You'll need to brush up on the case and have a pitch ready. You may also get some behaviorals -- all depends on how concise you are
