Seeking insights on DE Shaw: Performance, recruitment, etc. I've heard rumors about their ultra-selective hiring process, with standards supposedly higher than 2sig or Citadel. Can anyone confirm if they ever lived up to such reputation? Additionally, curious about their compensation structure and track record.
