Upgrading wardrobe for casual wear -- where to shop?

Hey guys, I'm basically planning on spending like ~$3k on completely upgrading my wardrobe into nice clothing (late 20s male) for casual wear (i.e. not work). I'm not someone who's paid a ton of attention to clothes so kind of lost, I'm not looking for 'luxury' per se (Gucci, designer wear brands where it's like $300 for a shirt) but just some nice looking clothes with a great fit. I'm 5'10 and on the process to getting pretty jacked.

Examples of places I already know are good / am planning to shop -- Lululemon (pants, button down shirt), Banana Republic, J. Crew

Would love to hear any additional recs, it's going to be a ground-up rebuild of the wardrobe (willing to spend more than $3k if needed)
