Infra Fund Interview on a Casual Friday

I have an interview lined up for an infra fund in Germany and wonder what's the dress code knowing that Friday is casual at the PE shop.

First interview was online. I am thinking about business casual attire (navy blue blazer, dress shirt, dress pants to match, no neckwear, formal/dress shoes).

The interview / meeting the team will last for 4-hours (11am-3pm) with Q&A (not sure a case study is involved).

Would appreciate your input.

Thanks,

I will caveat this that I'm in the US, not Deutschland.

If I was interviewing you, I wouldn't care what the dress-code was for employees on a given day. I would expect you to treat it like any other interview. (suit if in person)

Even places where there are 'casual Fridays' people with sales meetings with clients normally wear suits.

The only difference between Asset Management and Investment Research is assets. I generally see somebody I know on TV on Bloomberg/CNBC etc. once or twice a week. This sounds cool, until I remind myself that I see somebody I know on ESPN five days a week.
