Suitsupply has a few navy / grey / hounds tooth options that are pretty solid value for money and <$500. The other option is buy a really high-end but used (hopefully nice condition) jacket off of Ebay and get it tailored. Have an insanely nice Zegna jacket that I probably spend ~$350 in total on vs. the $1.5K+ I would've dropped at retail
