Equity Research Associate Starting Salary in Nashville, TN
I am an MS Finance student at Vandy and I was wondering what kind of starting salary and bonus do equity research associates in the Nashville area get. I am looking at firms such as Thomson Research Group and Avondale Partners.
Comparable with banking analysts if your in NYC. Anything boutique or outside the city is usually less (50-65k base + 5-10k signing). Highly variable by firm and function (buy-side vs. sell-side).
